Gearing up for Holiday Sales

On a recent trip to Costco I found that they had already re-merchandised two aisles to get ready for holidays sales. The huge boxes of wrapping paper and bows adorned one aisle, while the large candy boxes of Lindt chocolates and Ferrero Rocher were stacked high on a pallet in the other aisle. I’m not ready for the holidays at all (I really just want to enjoy the fall temperatures, leaves falling, and apple anything right now), but here at Green Mountain Mustard we’ve been focused on the holidays for about a month already.

We have purchased boxes for our gift packs of big jars and mustard shots, and Boxes of Awesome if you order a single jar as a gift. It’s a time of year that I have never really been fully involved with – people don’t normally buy energy bars for Christmas presents, but we’ve had a ton of people buy our Vermont mustard as gifts.

We’re signed up for craft fairs and festivals almost every weekend through the middle of December. I’ll have the chance to do my Christmas shopping at all of these shows, so the show serves two purposes now! For a list of shows we’ll be at click here.

It’s going to be a crazy few months for us at Green Mountain Mustard, but we hope that you’ll come out to a show or two, say hi, taste some mustard, and get some gifts for friends and family.  See ya!
